1. Scope of application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop operated by VOGELBERG GmbH (hereinafter “we” or “us”).
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products and offers
All products shown in our online shop are non-binding offers.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor deviations in colour, material or design may occur.
3. Ordering process and contract conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is concluded only when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the respective shop currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the countries listed in our shipping information.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs, postal services or force majeure are beyond our control.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments made.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing (e.g. email).
Returned items must be: unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
8. Returns and refunds
Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear or damage.
9. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is excluded from warranty.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the intellectual property of VOGELBERG and may not be used without prior written consent.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of VOGELBERG, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
14. Final provisions
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
