Shipping

We ship to the countries listed during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or force majeure are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be: unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition and packaging

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Returns showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, gift cards
